Join the community of Fredericksburg at The Backyard Amphitheater — Texas Hill Country's Premier Events Venue in Fredericksburg, Texas for an evening of the best of Texas Hill Country's Food, Wine, and Retail Vendors with performances from local musicians and capping the night off with a showing of the classic 70's music comedy romance movie Grease.

Presented in partnership with Rock & Vine, Fredericksburg's premier lifestyle magazine, and benefiting the local Needs Council with a portion of proceeds donated from both Vendors and The Backyard.

ATTENDANCE INFORMATION

  • No entry will be given under any circumstances before doors open.
  • No re-entry into the venue after music starts.
  • Children two years and younger do not need a ticket for GA lawn admission. Children 3 and older must have a ticket. All non-general admission attendees must purchase a ticket.  
  • Shirt & Shoes Required.
  • Valid Photo ID must be presented at the front gate. Attendee’s over 21 will be given a wristband. Attendee’s under 21 will have the tops of both of their hands marked in Black Sharpie with an “X”.
  • Outside chairs & strollers are allowed inside the venue in the designated area, located to the left of the stage.
  • Small personal umbrellas are allowed when rain is a possibility. Diameter must not exceed 41” when open.

 

The following outside items and behavior(s) will not be allowed on the property in general, no exceptions:

 

  • Empty Containers
  • Food
  • Drinks
  • Alcohol
  • Bags or Backpacks
  • Audio or Video Recording Equipment
  • Selfie Sticks or Binoculars
  • Promotional or Commercial Material.
  • Signs, Banners, or Flags
  • Items that may be deemed a safety hazard or annoyance.
  • Confetti, glitter, silly-string, balloons, glow sticks or other projectiles.
  • Pets, with the exception of service dogs.
  • Profane or offensive clothing.
  • Throwing objects of any kind.
  • Consumption of alcohol in parking lot prohibited.

POLICY INFORMATION

  • Items that are not allowed inside the venue, and must be returned to your vehicle or thrown away before you enter.
  • The venue & its’ staff are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
  • The venue & its’ staff are not responsible for personal belongings.
  • Staff reserves the right to refuse service by best collective judgement by witnessing staff and venue management if necessary.
  • Security guards and management reserve the right to escort anyone out of the venue by best collective judgement by witnessing staff and venue management if necessary.
  • Harassment of any kind toward fellow attendees and staff will not be tolerated.
  • The resale of admission tickets is strictly prohibited on the property, which includes the venues grounds and surrounding parking areas.
  • Soliciting or vending is not permitted on venue grounds unless previously authorized by venue management.
  • Attendees who show signs of illegal substance abuse or intoxication may be refused entry.
  • Attendees (including children) are not allowed to sit or stand on the shoulders of another guest.
  • Flying drones on or over the property is not permitted at any time.
  • Please use caution when purchasing tickets from 3rd parties, or any source outside of the official ticketing channels for The Backyard Amphitheater or EVO Entertainment Group®.  The Backyard Amphitheater is not responsible for legitimacy of tickets obtained from unofficial channels and cannot guarantee their acceptance.
  • Tickets, wristbands and other credentials are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, and NON-REPLACEABLE. Do NOT tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of counterfeited credentials are VOID and will be seized by Venue Staff.
  • No refunds on ticket purchases.

VENUE ACCESSIBILITY

For patrons with a handicap, we have a limited number of facilities available, as required by ADA, for our venue capacity on a first-come first serve basis. If you require special assistance, please email us at hello@evoconcerts.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. We ask that handicap patrons arrive approximately 30 minutes early so that we can allow you to enter and get situated before the gates open.

Parking is free for this event.

SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM DOWNTOWN FREDERICKSBURG

Save yourself the hassle of driving and focus on having fun! The Fredericksburg Trolley offers round trip shuttle service from Downtown Fredericksburg at great rates. You can purchase tickets for the trolley here.

Ride-sharing services such as Uber & Lyft are available in Fredericksburg and drop off at the entrance to our lot.
