TABLE RESERVATIONS 

At EBC at Night, guests can enjoy 55,000 square feet of tropical oasis, including three tiered pools, 40-foot palm trees, 36 private bungalows and cabanas, plush daybeds, and top-of-the-line audio system.

Occupancy and seating are limited.

Reservations are highly recommended.

All guests must be 21 years of age or older.

DJ and event subject to change without notice.

All government mandates and restrictions will be strictly followed including but not limited to mask wearing, social distancing and designated seating.  A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

DRESS CODE:

Appropriate business casual attire is required. Dressy jeans and well-kept sneakers are permitted.
 
The following attire is always prohibited: No torn, cut-off, baggy attire, or stained clothing. No offensive prints. No tank tops, chains, swimwear (for non-Night Swim events), or robes/towels. No athletic wear, including but not limited to, gym shorts, sweatpants, hats, etc. No clothing that contains rivets, hooks, studs, etc. No work boots or sanda
 
Costume restrictions
 
Wynn reserves the right to deny entry or disqualify anyone whose costume violates applicable laws or property policies.
No weapons of any kind, including toy, fake, or replica weapons, are permitted anywhere on Wynn or Encore property.
No police, security, or law enforcement costumes. Anyone dressed in these uniforms will not be permitted to enter Wynn or Encore Las Vegas or participate in the contest.
Face paint: Participants wearing face paint may not loiter on property outside Intrigue
No masks or accessories that obscure your face in gaming areas, retail areas, restaurants, or other specified property areas where identification is required. Masks, hats, and veils may only be worn once inside Intrigue.
Pasties, latex paint, and hair pieces do not count as acceptable opaque coverings.
Buttocks must be completely covered with a fully opaque covering in gaming areas.
Private areas must be covered. Female breasts below the top of the areola must be covered with a fully opaque covering.

Business Casual Dress is also allowed.

Guest may not swim/sunbathe fully clothed.

Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts. In addition to our proper attire requirements, the company reserves the right to eject and/or trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the company’s behavior standards, which can be found on our website.

Management reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Lewd, inappropriate, and sexual behavior (including nudity) is strictly prohibited even if consensual. Further, the use or possession of any illegal substances or the solicitation of any product or services is strictly prohibited. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our quests and employees in our resorts. Inappropriately touching our employees is strictly prohibited.

ANY OF THE FOREGOING ACTIVITIES WILL RESULT IN EJECTION, TRESPASS AND IS SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

In addition to the requirement of proper attire set forth below, the Company reserves the right to eject and/or trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Company’s behavior standards, which can be found on our website.

ALL PERSONS, BAGS AND PERSONAL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED:

Weapons (any items that may be used to cause bodily harm) • Controlled Substances • Eye Drops/Nasal Sprays • Marijuana Products (in any form including vapes and edibles) • Over the Counter and Prescription Medications (Some prescription medicine in its original, unexpired, and unadulterated container, in the name matching your government issued, photo ID, and not requiring refrigeration can, if medically necessary, be checked at Bag Check. Please ask for a Security Supervisor for details and questions) – Gum/Mints/Breath Strips • Outside Food, Drinks, or Liquids (this includes water bottles of any kind) • Vitamins/Supplements • Cameras/Go Pros Wearable Technology (watches are permitted) • Selfie Sticks • Colognes/Perfumes • Chewing Tobacco • Party Props

If you wish to deposit any prohibited items into our Amnesty Box prior to entering the Venue, you must ask for a Security Supervisor before being searched/bag check. Any prohibited items discovered will be confiscated and disposed of by management (without compensation) even if guest is denied access or removed from venue.

MARIJUANA PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE RESORT

This Venue is being used to photograph and video and audio record footage in connection with promotional and publicity campaigns including. but not limited to for use on social media. By your presence in this venue, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and/or video and/or audio recorded and grant permission for your likeness, image and/or voice to be included therein without compensation, credit, or other consideration.

Management reserves all rights to make the final determination regarding all venue policies including, but not limited to, attire, appropriate behavior and prohibited Items in its sole and absolute discretion Guests who disregard venue policies or do not comply with Management decisions may be asked to leave the venue and will not be entitled to a refund.
