Pool parties aren't just for the daytime. Music lovers can now enjoy Encore Beach Club’s stunning beauty under the moonlight at our nighttime pool party, “Encore Beach Club at Night.”

#EBCatNight is a dynamic combination of the aquatic elements you would enjoy at a dayclub plus the excitement and entertainment of a nightclub. Swimwear is highly encouraged.

The following items are prohibited:

Jeans/Pants • Torn or Cut-off Clothing • Offensive prints or designs on clothing or accessories

No risqué or indecent swimwear or clothing is permitted.

Management reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire.

We support your right to adorn your body with art. However,

management reserves the right to decline entry to, or remove after entry,

any guest with excessive or extreme tattoos, body modifications and/or jewelry.

ALL PERSONS, BAGS AND PERSONAL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH

The following items are prohibited:

Weapons (any items that may be used to cause bodily harm)

Controlled Substances • Eye Drops/Nasal Sprays • Gum

Outside Food, Drinks, or Liquids (this includes water bottles of any kind)

Vitamins/Supplements • Over the Counter Medications

Cameras/Go Pros Wearable Technology (watches are permitted)

Selfie Sticks • Colognes/Perfumes • Marijuana Products

Vaporizers “Vapes”/Chewing Tobacco • Party Props

EBC Pool Management reserves the right to make the final decisions

on any items restricted from entry to ensure the safety of all guests.

Guests who do not follow the directions of EBC Pool

and EBC Pool at Night may be asked to leave the venue.

MARIJUANA PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE RESORT

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

EBC Pool has a zero tolerance policy. Guests are required to comply with

Venue and Resort policies at all times. Any guest found in violation of these

policies may be asked to leave the Venue and/or Resort in Wynn Las Vegas

Management’s sole discretion and forfeits their right to any applicable refunds.
