EBC Pool features twenty-eight cabanas and eight bungalows. Cabanas come with a refrigerator, flat screen TV and a plush daybed. Bungalows each offer a private bathroom, infinity dipping pool, cooling system, and an exciting oasis-like pool scene. 

Appropriate attire is required and strictly enforced.

The following are always prohibited for day and night events: No torn, cut-off or stained clothing. No offensive prints. No tattoo or MMA inspired clothing. No tank tops, work boots, chains, or baggy jeans/shorts. No athletic gear including gym shorts, sweatpants, jerseys, etc. No clothing that contains rivets, hooks, studs, etc.

Guests may not swim/sunbathe fully clothed.

Management reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire.

At EBC Pool, guests can enjoy 55,000 square feet of tropical oasis, including three tiered pools, 40-foot palm trees, 36 private bungalows and cabanas, plush daybeds, and top-of-the-line audio system.

Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees. In addition to proper attire requirements, the company reserves the right to eject and/or trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the company’s behavior standards, which can be found on our website.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Lewd, inappropriate and sexual behavior (including nudity) is strictly prohibited even if consensual. Further, the use or possession of any illegal substances or the solicitation of any product or services is strictly prohibited. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our quests and employees in our resorts. Inappropriately touching our employees is strictly prohibited.

ANY OF THE FOREGOING ACTIVITIES WILL RESULT IN EJECTION, TRESPASS AND IS SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

In addition to the requirement of proper attire set forth below, the Company reserves the right to eject and/or trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Company’s behavior standards, which can be found on our website.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED:

Weapons (any items that may be used to cause bodily harm) • Controlled Substances • Eve Drops/Nasal Sprays • Marijuana Products (in any form including vapes and edibles) • Over the Counter and Prescription Medications (Some prescription medicine in its original, unexpired and unadulterated container, in the name matching your government issued, photo ID, and not requiring refrigeration can, if medically necessary, be checked at Bag Check. Please ask for a Security Supervisor for details and questions) – Gum/Mints/Breath Strips • Outside Food, Drinks, or Liquids (this includes water bottles of any kind) • Vitamins/Supplements • Cameras/Go Pros Wearable Technology (watches are permitted) • Selfie Sticks • Colognes/Perfumes • Chewing Tobacco • Party Props

If you wish to deposit any prohibited items into our Amnesty Box prior to entering the Venue, you must ask for a Security Supervisor before being searched/bag check. Any prohibited items discovered will be confiscated and disposed of by management (without compensation) even if guest is denied access or removed from venue.

MARIJUANA PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE RESORT

MUST BE 21 & OVER AND MANAGEMENT RESERVES ALL RIGHTS:

Management reserves all rights to make the final determination regarding all venue policies including, but not limited to, attire, appropriate behavior and prohibited Items in its sole and absolute discretion Guests who disregard venue policies or do not comply with Management decisions may be asked to leave the venue and will not be entitled to a refund.

Costume Guidelines
• Clark County Code requires that individuals cover “private” areas, including the female breast below the top of the areola, with fully opaque covering. In addition, the Gaming Control Board requires individuals in the gaming area have their buttocks completely covered by a fully opaque covering. For the purposes of this definition, "fully opaque covering" does NOT include pasties, latex paint, or hair pieces.
• For safety and security reasons, Guests may not wear masks or other items including but not limited to, hats, face paint or veils that cover or obscure the wearer’s face and prohibits an effective identification anywhere on property at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Las Vegas. Guests wearing face paint may not loiter on property outside of a club venue.
• Guests dressed as security, police or in any other law enforcement uniform will not be permitted to enter Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Las Vegas.
• Weapons of any kind, including toy or fake, are not permitted on property at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Las Vegas or inside any club venue.
