Often Imitated, Never Replicated - The Original Denver Derby Party is the biggest (and best) of its kind in the country. Held on the first Saturday in May in Downtown Denver, it has become a Colorado tradition. 100% of all proceeds benefit the Sean Ranch Lough Foundation.

BACK AT MCGREGOR SQUARE in 2024! We've revamped the layout to accommodate even more people and provide more amenities. This incredible venue, spanning an entire city block, is ideal for the Denver Derby Party. Located next to Coors Field in LoDo, McGregor Square has over 17,000 square feet of outdoor gathering space, Milepost Zero food hall, three levels of indoor space and balconies, and features a 66' by 20' LED screen – it's the perfect place to watch the Kentucky Derby with thousands of friends!
