Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the festival?
- Under 10s Enter Free with an Adult
Children aged 10 years and under can be admitted free of charge with paying adults. Valid for the general admission area only. If your child is mature or tall for their age please bring proof of age to show at the door. Any benefits derived from VIP tickets only apply to the purchaser of the VIP ticket. If you wish for your child to take part in the VIP experience they will need their own VIP ticket. - Under 13s Require a Guardian
Kids under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (older siblings or cousins under the age of 18 years are not acceptable guardians). It is the responsibility of the legal parent or guardian to ensure their child is safe and supervised at all times. - Some Restrictions for Under 15s
Some mature content (rated MA15+) may be displayed in some areas. Access restrictions may apply in these areas for attendees under the age of 15.
What's the refund policy?
All tickets purchased are non-refundable or non-transferable. This means we are unable to process refunds on tickets. Tickets must be treated like cash, if they are lost or stolen we cannot issue a refund.
Do you accept Carer’s Cards and Companion Cards?
Yes. Carer’s with approved companion cards will be admitted free of charge with an equivalent ticket purchase. Carers must produce the relevant Carer's card when redeeming ticket. Please note, if you are the carer of one of our VIP ticket holders, you will only be given comparable access and are not applicable to receive VIP bags or autograph tokens.
Premiere Screening Tickets
Do I need to have a ticket to Crunchyroll Expo Australia in order to buy a ticket to the screening?
No, you do not need to buy a Crunchyroll Expo Australia ticket. All screenings are open to everyone!
Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
Tickets will be scanned at the door so please either bring your printed ticket or show the QR code on your mobile phone.
How can I buy a ticket on the day?
If the session is not sold out you can buy tickets online or ask at the Ticket Office at Crunchyroll Expo Australia.
Is there a break between screeings / Will we be required to vacate the cinema between screenings?
All screenings will be emptied between sessions.
Guest Signings
We are using an online reservation system for attendees to obtain access to guest meeting events. There are going to be a variety of ways to interact with our guests, however all tokens must be reserved online. Please refer to the individual token types for details.
All Japanese guests will only sign a designated item which will be provided by Crunchyroll Expo Australia to fans unless otherwise explicitly stated. Other guests will sign personal items at their discretion.?
You may be asked for a photo ID by staff or volunteers upon scanning of your TIXR code. This is done in order to verify that you have gained access to the autograph session legitimately. Tokens are not transferable to other attendees.
You will require a ticket to Crunchyroll Expo Australia in order to redeem this autograph token. As tickets are SOLD OUT at this point, please ensure you hold a valid entry ticket to Crunchyroll Expo Australia before purchasing any tokens.
Please ensure that you arrive 5 minutes before the beginning of the session to avoid disappointment. Guests will only remain at the session while there are queued attendees. If you arrive after the queue has been cleared the guest may choose to leave and you will be unable to redeem your token. Tokens are only valid for the specified session and are not transferable.
VIP Early Access:
Only available to those holding CRX AUS VIP tickets.
48 Hour early access reservation window before general release.
Gain the earliest access to secure guest meeting passes.
Limit of 1 meeting for each guest is allowed. VIP Tokens are subject to availability after the 48 hour exclusive period has expired.
