With a Golden Ticket, you’ll receive:

• 2 Tickets to EVERY concert and comedy show at The Rialto, Gaslight Social, and other participating events in Wyoming during 2026. Reservations are required.
• 25% off all group tables seating options, including tables, mezzanine seating, and premium packages.
• Early ticket access for upcoming shows (when available).
• Exclusive Golden Ticket offers and special promotions throughout the year.
• Waived cover charges for two to all non-ticketed events at The Gaslight Social and other venues when appropriate.
• No blackout dates. Valid for all public events under CEG’s Tixr ticketing umbrella from the date of purchase through December 31, 2026, ensuring you’re covered for the full summer season and beyond.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
This season pass is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, schedule changes, inclement weather, or dissatisfaction.
The pass is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. A matching photo ID may be required upon entry. A digital (PDF) pass is accepted in place of a physical pass.

2. No Refunds in Case of Bankruptcy or Closure
In the event of bankruptcy, dissolution, or permanent closure of the issuing organization or venue, this pass and any associated reservations become void, and no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

3. Reservation Requirement
Advance reservations may be required for entry to individual events and are subject to availability. Passholders are encouraged to reserve early.

4. Event Availability & Schedule Changes
The event schedule is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Cancelled or rescheduled shows do not guarantee refunds or substitutions.
The venue reserves the right to substitute artists or modify programming.

5. Limited Capacity
Entry is not guaranteed without a reservation. Some events may sell out or reach capacity. The venue is not obligated to expand capacity or add additional dates.

6. Misuse or Violation
Misuse of the pass, including attempted resale, duplication, or violation of venue policies, may result in immediate revocation without refund.

7. Code of Conduct
Passholders must adhere to all venue rules and regulations. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal and forfeiture of pass privileges.

8. Force Majeure
The issuing organization is not liable for performance delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfill obligations due to acts of natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or other causes beyond its control.

9. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase and/or use of this pass constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are subject to change at the venue’s discretion.
