Go Ahead And Die
"UNHEALTHY MECHANISMS" is the fierce sophomore album from Arizona death-crusters, GO AHEAD AND DIE, founded by Igor Amadeus Cavalera and Max Cavalera. This intense album delves into the madness of society and mental health issues, featuring high-energy guitar riffs and aggressive vocals. It covers topics like depression, anger, and violence with poetic justice. The band's gritty sound is supported by powerful drumming. Tracks like 'Desert Carnage' and 'Tumors' offer a blistering death metal experience, while punk influences shine through in 'Drug-O-Cop' and 'No Easy Way Out'. The album takes listeners on an exhilarating journey through darkness and intensity, culminating in the title track, 'Unhealthy Mechanisms.' GO AHEAD AND DIE's music speaks to those battling their inner demons, shedding light on the decline of mental health worldwide. It's a powerful reminder that you're not alone in your pain.
