Aligned In Ruins - Live in Concert
with special guests: Apocalypse Born, A Ronin's Test

Aligned In Ruins formed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, during the summer of 2022. The band’s music has a blend of death, tech, and sludge, with a strong influence from groove metal. This is shown in their dark melodies, atonal elements, and focus on rhythm, often playing in odd time signatures.

The band consists of five members, including rhythm and lead guitars, bass guitar, drums, and vocals. Each member brings their musical influences to the table, resulting in a unique sound. Aligned In Ruins is known for its hard-hitting verses and driving mid-tempo songs, creating an intense experience for its audience.

After performing a series of strong shows along the front range in 2023, Aligned in Ruins began recording their debut album, “Cognitive Behavioral Torture,” the following spring. The band shifted gears, focusing on their strongest asset and featuring a more focused groove metal sound. The album has nine songs, with a runtime of over thirty-three minutes, showcasing the band’s best work and unique sound.

Craft Beer, Fresh Ingredients, Live Music and our Family & Friends. These core values are what we’ve rooted our brand in ever since founder, Dale Katechis, opened the doors to the very first Oskar Blues restaurant in Lyons, Colorado in 1997.

Dale’s Southern roots and previous experience in the restaurant industry led him to create a spot that locals and visitors alike could rely on for delicious food, cold beer and live entertainment; a place that would inspire his passion for brewing and spark the craft-beer-in-a-can craze that would eventually make Oskar Blues famous.
