What is Boondocks Film Society?
Boondocks Film Society is an immersive pop-up film series that pairs underappreciated films with unique venues – and dials the moviegoing experience up to 11.

Each film screening is preceded by a happy hour, which features soundtrack-inspired live music by some of the area’s most acclaimed artists, as well as chef-created film-inspired food specials, and (of course) movie-themed craft cocktails.

Our completely unique monthly events touch down in venues throughout the Hudson Valley, the Berkshires and Northwest CT, and often feature Q&As with actors and filmmakers, film-inspired décor and artist-designed commemorative posters –– included in the price of admission.
