Parking: The lot will open at 5:00 PM with no charge for parking. Our friendly parking attendants, wearing bright vests, will direct you. We also have several first-come, first-served charging stations for electric vehicles – just ask an attendant if you need one.
Seating: This is an outdoor event on a large grassy area. Bring your own lawn chairs or blankets for comfort.
Food and Drinks: Come hungry and enjoy a selection of food (burgers and brats), beverages (beer, water, etc.), and Beatles-inspired cocktails available for purchase. Please note, no carry-ins of food or beverages are allowed. We are a cashless venue, accepting only credit or debit cards. Please plan accordingly.
Weather: The forecast is looking beautiful (76 and sunny)! The show will go on, rain or shine.
Ticket Entry: Have your tickets printed or ready to show on your phone. Ticket scanners will be at the entrance to the lawn area to scan your tickets. You will park first.
Getting Here: Due to heavy rain earlier this year, Long Lake Road is washed out. Please avoid taking Long Lake Road and use Round Lake Road instead.
