World Snowshoe Awards Banquet is available as an Add On option for "All Events (World/U.S. National/Open)", "World & Open Championships" and "World Championships" Ticket Types and will occur the evening of Saturday, December 20, 2025 and includes entertainment, festivities, dinner, two complimentary drinks and a cash bar.
Thursday, December 18, 2025: Registration and Pre-Race Activities
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Registration Open, Location: AriensCo Museum
- 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Gear Expo Open at AriensCo Museum
- Browse the Snowshoe Gear Expo featuring top gear and equipment for winter sports. This is an opportunity to explore snowshoes, apparel, and other accessories!
Friday, December 19, 2025: US 5K Snowshoe Championships
- 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Registration Open at AriensCo Museum
- 12:00 PM - US 5K Snowshoe Championship Race - Start
- 2:30 PM - US 5K Snowshoe Championship - Awards Ceremony
- 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Athlete Meet-and-Greet with Bonfires, Music and Time to Meet before Saturdays World Championship
*Trails will be open to general public with a trail pass for mixed use (ski & snowshoe) at the conclusion of all races for the day*
Saturday, December 20, 2025: World Championship 10K Snowshoe Race
- 8:30 AM - Course Opens
- 10:00 AM - World Championship 10K Snowshoe Race - Start
- 12:00 PM - World Championship Flower Ceremony
- 5:00 PM - World Snowshoe Championships Cocktail Hour at Round Lakes Farms at Ariens Nordic Center
- 6:00 PM - Awards Banquet at Round Lakes Farms at Ariens Nordic Center with Live Entertainment, Food, Drinks and Special Awards Presentation.
- *Trails will be open to general public with a trail pass for mixed use (ski & snowshoe) at the conclusion of all races for the day*
Sunday, December 21, 2025: Santa Ski Race, Open Snowshoe Championships, and Santa Run
- 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Santa Ski Race - Start, a fun, festive race where participants don Santa costumes and ski on the center’s groomed trails.
- 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Registration Open for Open Snowshoe Championship and Santa Run (Kids Snowshoe Races 500m, 1k, and 3k options)
- 12:00 PM - Open Snowshoe Championship 5k Race - Start
- 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Open Snowshoe Championship Race - Awards Ceremony

All U.S. National Championships participants must be hold a valid U.S. Snowshoe License to compete in any of the U.S. National Championships events and can be completed here:
