The Sturgis TT has been envisioned as a cornerstone entertainment event, reconnecting the City of Sturgis Motorcycle Rally to its racing roots and celebrating its enduring legacy.

The Rally began in 1938 with a pioneering flat track motorcycle race organized by Pappy Hoel and the Jackpine Gypsies. Although the Rally has evolved significantly since then, the spirit and heritage of those early races continue to be its heartbeat.

CONCEPT

The Sturgis TT will go down as one of the most unique motorcycle races the world has ever seen. We’re combining the legendary City of Sturgis Motorcycle Rally – on the eve of the 84h – with the history and heritage of American Flat Track, as the series celebrates the 70th anniversary of the AMA Grand National Championship.

We’re showcasing the iconic views of downtown Sturgis alongside the thrill and excitement of professional flat track motorcycle racing. We’re taking downtown Sturgis to America’s living room with broadcast coverage on FOX and livestreaming on FloSports. The sidewalks will be packed and the businesses will be full of customers. The fans will be thrilled, and the racers will be rockstars. We’re creating the must-see entertainment experience of the year, one that is emblematic of the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally itself.

OVERVIEW

The Sturgis TT has been scheduled for Sunday, August 11 as Round 13 of the Progressive American Flat Track series, a nationally-televised professional motorcycle racing championship sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing. The event will be promoted by AFT Events and marketed by Øuterkind. Scheduled on the final weekend of the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally as a free-to-attend event, the Sturgis TT will be attended by thousands of fans and will drive more than a million dollars in economic impact directly into the Sturgis community.

American Flat Track reserves the right to investigate potential misuse of accessible seating and take all appropriate action, including but not limited to cancellation of your ticket order, against individuals who fraudulently obtain tickets for accessible seating. While tickets for accessible seating legitimately purchased for the use of an individual with a disability may be transferred to another individual under the same terms and conditions applicable to other tickets, in the event such ticket is transferred to a nondisabled individual, American Flat Track reserves the right to transfer that individual to other seating.

    REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

    ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by AFT Events or other series event promoters generally prohibit issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. For some events, certain tickets may be exchanged for tickets from us of equal or higher price. A per ticket exchange fee may apply. Exceptions include VIP, Platinum and other premium tickets, tickets purchased through resale, tickets purchased with additional related items and/or bundled products. In addition, we may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original onsale date and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price. Seating maps are representative of a venue’s layout; however, they are subject to change at any time and refunds are not allowed if the map is updated or if additional seats/rows are added or seats change as a result of a venue change after purchase. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for digital downloads or hotel/festival packages.

    You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets are subject to immediate cancellation, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site. 

    AFT Events will not offer refunds for any of its postponed events, due to rain delay or other unforeseeable or unavoidable delay in race activity. However, if an event is cancelled and AFT Events has authorized a refund for a ticket due to the cancellation, we will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and all service fees. In no event will shipping charges or any other amounts be refunded. For ticket insurance refunds (if applicable), please contact the insurance provider. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
