Meet Robert McCollum: voice actor best known for his work on Attack On Titan (Reiner), My Hero Academia (Stain), One Piece (Donquixote Doflamingo), Fairy Tail (Jellal), Black Clover (Julius The Wizard King), Psycho-Pass (Kogami). He is the voice of Axton in Borderlands 2 and has done work for the games Orcs Must Die! and Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood. ~Signing all 3 days! Last call for autographs Sunday at 4:30 pm.

Meet Sean Carlson: Born and raised in New York where he has been creating and studying art for his entire life. As a freelance artist Sean is self-taught in a wide variety of traditional mediums, ranging from charcoal, to colored pencils, to acrylic paint, sometimes all on the same piece. Through traveling the comic convention circuit for nearly a decade, his work is owned by some of the most famous names in the industry, including Tom Hiddleston, Oscar Issac, and much of the cast of the animated X-men series, including the voice of Wolverine, Cal Dodd. By keeping a wide array of influences, Sean’s work runs the gamut of many different styles; from photorealism, to expressive, to the entirely abstract, all in order to give the viewer a sense of something they have never seen before. Artist Sean Carlson will be signing all of his purchased artwork and will add original embellishments/highlights to his purchased prints turning your print into a one-of-a-kind original at no additional charge.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ):

WHY ARE THERE 2 DIFFERENT VIP TICKET OPTIONS? VIP Tickets are OPTIONAL as admission to the event is free. Tickets are good for all 3 days.

(1) VIP TICKET FOR $15 gets you 1 free premium VIP print of your choice (valued at $40) for each day that you attend the event (maximum 3 premium prints for attending all 3 days: valued at $120). There are typically about 30-40 VIP print options to choose from ranging from all fandoms listed above. These same premium prints are sold at the event for $40. You also receive 1 hr early admission to the event before the doors open to the general public allowing you to skip the lines & meet the voice actors/artist & see the art first without the crowds. Minors under the age of 18 may accompany a parent to the early entry without needing a VIP ticket.

(2) AMAZING VIP TICKET FOR $30 gets you ALL the perks of the $15 VIP ticket plus 1 additional 12"x16" premium character print which includes several options of all the featured actor's characters. These character prints are NOT offered as options for the $15 VIP print. Amazing VIP Ticket Holders are limited to 1 character print per ticket and cannot redeem an additional character print if attending multiple days. However, you will still receive an additional VIP (non-character) print for each additional day of attendance. Please note: special guest actor autographs are NOT included in these VIP options & instead are purchased separately at the actor's booth. 

HOW DO I GET MY FREE 9"x12" PRINT? SHARE this event on any of your social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, X etc.) by October 17th. Get another free print by liking and following our Instagram or Facebook page at amazingartexpo. Limit one free print per individual who shared on their own/separate social media & per individual who follows Amazing Art Expo's Facebook or Instagram page. WHERE DO I PARK: Parking is FREE at the hotel!

WHY ARE THERE MULTIPLE EVENTS DISPLAYING A SIMILAR EVENT WITH THE SAME DATES AND LOCATION? These are all the same event! We are limited in the amount of characters we can type in an event title. Since our event encompasses: Anime, Game, Horror, Marvel, Disney, Star Wars, Alice in Wonderland, this is simply too long to put into an event title. To make it easier and in order to reach fans of each theme, we have created separate events for these themes but keep in mind, it is all the same event.

THIS EVENT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS A LEGITIMATE EVENT? We encourage you to Google us at "amazing art expo" where you will see many updates, reviews, etc. We have over 64,000 followers on Facebook, 44,000 on Instagram and have been in business since 2016. We have hosted over 100 events during that time. 

WHY DO I NEED TICKETS IF THE EVENT IS FREE? Ticke reservations help us monitor what our attendance will be and we may email you next time we are in your neighborhood. However, with the exception of VIP tickets, free ticket reservations are not required to enter the event. You can just show up. 

HOW DO I GET AN AUTOGRAPH FROM THE VOICE ACTORS? Autographs may be purchased at the event (voice actor's booth) using cash, credit card or Apple Pay. Last Call for Voice Actor Autographs is typically on Sunday at 4:00 pm. There will be other options as well to upgrade your signature to include larger prints, Funkos, swords, statues, quotes/doodles, voice/video recording, selfies, etc. Those prices will be determined at the event itself. You may bring to the event your own product(s) to be signed including print(s), Funkos, swords, etc. Remember, this is also a pop culture art expo and there will be lots of super cool prints relevant to the voice actor available to purchase at the event. We encourage you to take a look at the art show first before getting in line with the voice actors. If you plan to purchase autographs, we recommend you also purchase a VIP ticket since it allows you 1 hour early access to the voice actors before the doors open to the public, at which time the lines can get lengthy. 

ARE KIDS ALLOWED? This event is 100% Kid & Stroller Friendly!

ARE YOU ACCEPTING VENDORS OR ARTISTS FOR THIS EVENT? We are no longer accepting any vendors for this event.

IS THERE ANY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (A.I.) ART AT THIS EVENT? Absolutely NOT! All our art sold on our website and featured at our show was created by human hands and all made in the USA. We do not believe A.I. art is actually art and we stay firm with that decision.

IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED? You are welcome to photograph cosplayers and the overall event— both are encouraged to share with friends. However, due to encounters of theft, attempts in converting the art via A.I. and/or unauthorized reproduction (bootlegging) of the artwork, our artists request no photography of the art itself please. Out of respect for the artists, this rule is strictly enforced. 

DO I HAVE TO COSPLAY TO ATTEND THE EVENT? No. Cosplaying is completely voluntary.

WHAT ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR THE COSPLAY CONTEST?
Cosplay Contests will take place approximately 3-4 pm on Saturday and Sunday. All Monsters, princesses, princes, superheroes, Jedi, wizards, witches and even muggles of all ages are encouraged to attend and will be introduced to the audience as their character name. Cosplayers who meet the following criteria listed below will qualify for the Cosplay Contest.

1st PLACE PRIZE: Receives a $100 Gift Certificate for the Amazing Art Expo.

2nd PLACE PRIZE: Receives a $75 Gift Certificate for the Amazing Art Expo.

3rd PLACE PRIZE: Receives a $50 Gift Certificate.

PROFESSIONAL COSPLAYERS (INFLUENCERS) who have 50,000+ social media followers may qualify to receive a free display table to promote their brand(s) in exchange for coming to and promoting the event. Please email john@amazingartexpo.com for details.

1.) JUST SHOW UP: no later than 2 pm on the day of the cosplay contest. You should check in with our front desk. We will make several announcements before the contest to assemble all cosplayers and give instructions as to how it will be run. Typically, the cosplay contest is held inside the art expo auditorium with the M/C introducing each character to the crowd. 

2.) LIMITATIONS: All ages are applicable to win. Costumes should portray pop culture characters: Anime, Disney, Star Wars, Horror, Super Heroes, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Ninja Turtles, etc. Members of the 501st.com and Furries are not eligible. 

3.) COSTUMES must be creative. Out of respect for the cosplayers who put hours into their costumes, simply wearing a  hat, shirt, sweatshirt, one piece outfit, etc. does not qualify for the competition and this rule applies to children too. Simply wearing a character's Pajamas, T-shirt, wig, rabbit ears, a one piece store bought outfit, etc. will not qualify to enter the contest. Amazing Art staff have every right to determine which costumes apply and which do not. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners must include costumes which are at least 25% hand made. Makeup is included as "hand made." Winners will be judged on their interaction with attendees and the creativity of their costumes including makeup and handmade materials, personality - especially pertaining to depicting your cosplay character, etc. Costumes should be tasteful and not be deemed offensive. The barest minimum of body coverage would be that of a bikini.

4.) WEAPONS: All operational shooting weapons and/or sharp objects are absolutely forbidden. Non-firing toy weapons are allowed. Act responsibly and use caution when carrying, yielding, displaying large props. Any simulation of props, such as light saber battles, may be allowed if granted permission beforehand by an Amazing Art Expo crew member and if conducted in an open area free of bystanders.

5.) PHOTOS: Although taking photos with guests is voluntary, cosplayers are not to charge guests for any photos. Photos should be taken in an open area so you are not blocking aisles or product displays. You are welcome to ask any Amazing Art Expo employee suggestions for such areas. In an effort to protect artist's works at the event, no photography of the artwork is allowed. 

6.) If the event includes a contest on Saturday and Sunday, contestants may participate both days but are not eligible to win more than once with the same costume.

7.) There must be at least 12 qualified participants in order for the contest to take place.
