• All attendees will be responsible for purchasing and booking their own air travel.

• In addition, attendees will be responsible for their own transfers & ground transport to the resort. This will allow more flexibility in arriving and leaving the resort. We will be providing a preferred ground transportation provider with a few options for you to choose from.

• For groups splitting costs, you will need to manage that within your group.

• There will be a payment plan offered for a small extra fee.

• There will also be a wait list option.

• Ticket Sales are Non Refundable - there will be the ability to transfer names 60 days out. No changes allowed after that.
