MatchaFest arrives in Phoenix for our biggest experience yet, taking over 9th & Jackson for an afternoon of matcha, coffee, food, wellness, shopping, music, and community.

Are children free?
Children ages 14 and under may enter free with a ticketed adult. Guests ages 15 and older must have their own valid ticket.

Is parking included?
Parking is not included with admission and may be limited around 9th & Jackson. Rideshare and public transportation are strongly recommended.

Will there be sampling?
Participating vendors may offer samples throughout the festival, giving guests opportunities to discover and taste new products. Sampling selections, quantities, and availability will vary by vendor and are not guaranteed with admission.

MatchaFest is also a full shopping and discovery experience. Guests should come ready to purchase specialty drinks, food, matcha, merchandise, and other products directly from participating brands.

Do I need a ticket to enter?
Yes. Every guest age 15 and older must have their own valid ticket for entry.

Whether you are coming to taste something new, find your next favorite matcha, support local businesses, shop new products, connect with the community, or spend the afternoon at 9th & Jackson, MatchaFest Phoenix is designed to bring the city together around matcha and culture.

Tickets are limited and required for entry. Due to high early interest, guests are encouraged to secure their preferred ticket experience in advance.

General Admission includes entry to MatchaFest Atlanta and access to the full vendor market and festival experience.

Upgraded passes are available for guests who want more from the day. Depending on the ticket selected, upgraded experiences may include limited MatchaFest merchandise, drink tickets, a 100g bag of matcha, and exclusive event perks.

Please review the inclusions listed under each ticket type carefully before completing your purchase.

Drink Ticket Information

Drink tickets will be redeemed through Blu Matcha Co. during event hours. Each drink ticket is valid for one eligible drink unless otherwise stated.

Drink selections, ingredients, flavors, and availability may vary. Redemption is subject to product availability, service capacity, and event conditions. Drink tickets have no cash value and cannot be replaced, exchanged, or redeemed after the event.

Each guest age 15 and older must have their own valid ticket for entry.

Children ages 14 and under may enter free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Admission does not include parking, food, drinks, merchandise, or vendor products unless specifically included in the selected ticket type.

Samples and giveaways may be offered by participating vendors or event partners. Selection, quantity, timing, and availability will vary and are not guaranteed with admission.

Ticket pricing, availability, and included perks are subject to change. Tickets and upgraded experiences may sell out before the event date.

The participating vendor lineup, sponsors, activations, giveaways, menu items, event layout, and scheduled experiences are subject to change without notice.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by the event organizer.

Know Before You Go

Identification - Valid Physical government issued ID is needed to gain entry, we utalize ID scanning technology at the door and need to be able to scan the barcode on the back of your ID to verify your age for you to gain entry.

Mobile Ticketing - All our events are digital ticket friendly. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. A QR code is sent as an attachment to your confirmation email once a ticket is purchased. Have your QR Code ready to scan to gain entry. 

Parking - There is no on-site parking at 9th & Jackson, however there is plenty of street parking surrounding the venue, we recommend using Rideshare, or other transportation when possible.

Entry - All patrons are subject to search prior to entering the venue, to expedite entry into the venue be prepared to have your ID scanned, metal detector searched and then ticket scanned in that order.

Bag Policy - Clear bags are highly suggested to expedite your entry, Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Water / Food Policy - Outside food our beverages are not permitted to enter the venue. The venue has a full bar with non-alcoholic beverage options, the venue also has a food truck on site at all events, (menus for both can be found here) and a free water is available for thirsty customers. Hydroflasks are not permitted.
