About The Tano Jones Revelry
Website | Facebook | Instagram | Youtube | Spotify
Cradling a trusty six-string in hand, looking out from under the brim of a dusty hat, and accompanied by a big red Labrador riding shotgun, Tano Jones makes music for the people, and he brings it right to them.
The proud Detroit-born singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer, and namesake of The Tano Jones Revelry calls out to the seekers. His music is for anybody who can’t contain their lust for life and dreams for a better tomorrow.
The Tano Jones Revelry are more than musicians, more than songwriters—they are artists, they are creators, and they are connectors. They bring real emotion into their lyrics and tell real-life stories that can resonate and connect with so many. Their music makes you think in a brilliant poetic way.
The Tano Jones Revelry’s sound taps into a kind of magic, rooted in their Midwest troubadour roots rock soul that fans feel deep in their bones.
Fueled by growing national and international momentum, Tano Jones Revelry’s debut album Spinning North has surpassed 40 million streams worldwide. Standout singles like “Daisy,” “Light It,” and the breakout “What About Me” have charted and landed on more than 150 AAA and Hot AC stations across North America and beyond, connecting with listeners from Los Angeles to New York and from London to Spain. In early 2026, “What About Me” reached No. 24 on the Billboard Adult Pop Airplay chart, highlighting its resonant themes of perseverance, unity, and human connection.
“What About Me” has become an anthem for anyone pushing through difficult times in search of hope, strength, and inspiration. Those themes are deeply rooted in Tano Jones Revelry’s commitment to giving back through their ongoing Soup & Seeds charitable initiative, which focuses on paying it forward and giving back in every city they visit. To date, the band has raised funds for and donated to over 30 food banks from coast to coast.
