ACTAR is returning to Anchor Rock Club for its second year of showcasing real deal artwork made by real deal tattooers.  This pop up gallery features original pieces from over 50 tattoo artists, as well as unique vendors including a Tin-type photography booth; paired with live painting demos & a 4 hour Dj set.  Don't miss out on getting some new artwork for that empty space on the wall.
