Coachella 2015: 5 Acts You’d Be Crazy To Miss

Coachella 2015 is almost here, and for the 16th consecutive year the art festival brings you some of the best names in music. The overwhelming lineup of more than 100 of some of the world’s most talented and notable artists was released way back in January. With Weekend 1 approaching, it may seem tough to decide which acts to see – here’s a guide to the performances that should make it into your schedule.

Belle & Sebastian

With the release of their newest album, Girls in Peacetime Want to Dance, Belle & Sebastian is a performance you won’t want to miss at Coachella 2015. The Scottish band brings a charismatic and upbeat sound to their indie-pop music.

They performed at the smaller, interactive stage, The Do Lab, at Coachella 2014, but Odesza has made their way to the main lineup this year. The electronic duo, hailing from Seattle, brings captivating tracks like “How Did I Get Here” and “Say My Name” as well as several remixes. Their enchanting music will give a fresh vibe to this year’s lineup.

Mac DeMarco

Mac DeMarco is a name you may not have heard of, but you should definitely look out for. The Canadian musician is most recognized for his second album, Salad Days, an alluring mix of indie-pop and surf-rock. His crowd is sure to attract a colorful mix of offbeat Coachella-goers.

The feel-good remixes that Kygo brings are an exciting addition to the Coachella 2015 lineup. Best known for his remix of “I See Fire” by Ed Sheeran, Kygo is quickly becoming a world-renowned DJ and is sure to be an entertaining set.

Jack White

Need we say it? Jack White is an undeniably talented musician, singer, and songwriter, and will certainly put on an unforgettable performance. His solo career has been arguably as successful as his career with The White Stripes and we can’t wait to see what he has in store. His raw and unique sound brings something special to the lineup, and will be the perfect peak of Coachella at his Saturday performance.

Let us know in the comments what other acts you’re stoked for. Happy Coachella!
